Craniosacral Therapy for adults, children and babies

I’m very excited to be teaching the ancient art of baby massage to parents at Neal’s Yard in Hereford.  Learning to massage your baby is a wonderfully calming and nurturing skill for parent and baby alike – and the benefits are evident – just check out my website for some research.   These small classes are fun and informal and everyone will receive individual attention.  Each course is 4 weeks long and the start dates are: Thursday 13th June and Thursday 18th July at 2pm.  For more info just get in touch with Neal’s Yard – 01432 278919 or give me a ring: 07981 866667.  I look forward to seeing you there!

Jess’s approach is sensitive, deeply compassionate, light, nurturing and professional. It connects gently with the body to find mutual acknowledgement of the healing that needs to happen, on both emotional and physical levels, and subtly facilitates the process of that unfolding.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on, whole body approach derived from osteopathy. It releases deep tension in the body and assists a return to healthy function, working with the underlying cause of the problem and the body as a whole.
